Digital Products

All products in our store are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or refunds after you have gained access to the product.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By agreeing to immediate access to our digital travel guide, you explicitly consent to the waiver of this right of withdrawal once you download the product or gain access to the content.

Exceptions

We do offer refunds in the following cases:

• You have made a duplicate payment for the same product
• There is a technical issue preventing you from accessing your download
• The product does not match the description on our website
